A search for 10 creators checks 10 channels. Emails are sent from your own Gmail, which also applies Google's own daily sending limits.

Billing questions

How do I pay?

Inside the app, open Plan & billing and choose a plan. Payment runs through Razorpay. You pay by debit or credit card, in US dollars. Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Will I be charged again automatically?

No. There are no subscriptions or saved mandates. When your 30 days end, your workspace moves back to the free plan and nothing is lost.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If EditHouse isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first paid purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Duplicate charges, or a payment that didn't unlock your plan, are always refunded. See the Terms for details.

What happens if I hit a daily limit?

That action pauses until the daily reset. Your campaigns, drafts and sent history stay as they are. You can upgrade any time to raise the limit right away.

Do you offer a plan for agencies?

Studio is built for heavier use. If you need more than Studio, email yash@edithouseqc.com.
