Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Yash Jain (EditHouseQC), Ludhiana, Punjab, India ("we"), for your use of EditHouse. By creating an account you accept them. Contact: yash@edithouseqc.com.
The service
EditHouse helps you research YouTube channels, find contact details creators have published, write outreach drafts and send individual emails from your own Gmail account after you review and confirm each one. EditHouse is in beta. Features may change, and we do not promise any number of matches, found addresses, replies or clients.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity in your account. One person or business per workspace unless your plan says otherwise.
Rules for outreach
You are the sender of every email you send through EditHouse, and you are responsible for it. You agree to:
- Follow every law that applies to your emails, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, the EU and UK GDPR and ePrivacy rules, Canada's CASL, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
- Contact only business addresses creators have published for business enquiries, about a service relevant to them.
- Tell the truth about who you are and what you offer. No false claims of past work, results or relationships.
- Keep a real postal address in your profile and never remove or hide the unsubscribe link.
- Stop contacting anyone who asks you to, and never try to get around the do-not-contact list.
- Not send bulk, automated or deceptive email, spam, harassment, or anything illegal or harmful.
We may pause sending, suspend or close accounts that break these rules or harm the deliverability or reputation of the service.
Google and YouTube
EditHouse uses YouTube API Services. By using EditHouse you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. When you connect Gmail you must also follow Google's terms for your account. Our use of Google data is described in the privacy policy.
Plans, payment and refunds
A free plan with daily limits is available. Paid plans are one-time payments, made in advance through our payment provider at the price shown at checkout, for the number of days shown. Nothing renews automatically; when the period ends your workspace returns to the free plan and your data stays. Refunds: if EditHouse is not right for you, ask within 7 days of your first paid purchase and we will refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Duplicate charges, and payments that did not unlock the plan you bought, are refunded in full at any time. Other payments are not refundable. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days, and end the refunded plan. Daily allowances reset each day and do not roll over.
Your content
You own your profile, drafts and campaigns. You give us permission to store and process them only to run EditHouse for you. Don't upload content you have no right to use.
Availability and changes
We work to keep EditHouse running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Gmail and YouTube can change or limit access at any time. We may update these terms; we will post changes here and email account holders about significant ones.
Liability
EditHouse is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost business or lost profits, or for the emails you choose to send. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can stop using EditHouse and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. The privacy policy explains what we keep afterwards.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring claims where you live.
